This policy explains what ModDoctor collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect
- Account information such as your username and a securely hashed password.
- Modlists, game selections, analysis results, and saved history that you choose to submit or retain.
- Usage, security, rate-limit, and diagnostic data, which may include IP address and timestamps to prevent abuse and protect the service.
- Session cookies or similar technical data needed to keep you signed in.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide modlist analysis, enforce plan limits, save history when enabled, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
AI and service providers
Intelligent analysis may send the selected game, mod names, and relevant analysis context to the configured AI provider so it can generate a result. Do not include personal or confidential information in a modlist. We also use infrastructure providers such as Supabase and payment provider Paddle. Paddle handles checkout and payment details under its own privacy notice; ModDoctor does not store full card numbers.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and history data while it is needed to provide the service, meet security requirements, and comply with law. You may ask us to delete your account and associated data through the Community Discord link in the site footer. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. Contact us through the Community Discord link and include enough detail for us to identify your account.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including hashed passwords and protected session cookies. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes; the current version and update date will always appear here.
